Trinidad Moruga Scorpion & Chipotle Peppers
In preparation for making this three-time World Champion Extra Hot Barbecue Sauce, we age our Moruga Scorpion Peppers in kegs for up to 24 months. The Moruga Scorpion is still the second hottest chilli in the world, but unlike a lot of other super hot peppers it has a beautiful, naturally fruity, almost floral like flavour. After our Scorpion chillies have been slowly aged to perfection, we then add our Wood-Smoked Red Jalapeño Peppers, apple cider vinegar, tomato and our own signature blend of spices along with a host of other all natural ingredients. Jekyll & Hyde is an extra hot barbecue sauce with a rich flavour profile, a hint of smokeyness, deep earthy notes from our chipotle peppers & that infamous Trinidad Scorpion sting.
