In preparation for making this three-time World Champion Xtra Hot Sauce, we age our Trinidad-Moruga Scorpion Peppers for 18 months then we add our Wood-Smoked Red Jalapeño Peppers, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, our own signature blend of spices & a host of other all natural ingredients to produce an ultra hot sauce with a rich flavour profile. With a hint of smokeyness, deep earthy notes from our chipotle peppers & that infamous Trinidad Scorpion sting - Jekyll & Hyde is freakishly hot and it is about to become your new favourite sauce, crazy good on brisket, beef short ribs, your favourite burger or just about anything else you can fit in your mouth.
